We made a list of 3 games that you should definitely give a try during this holiday season.

1.Need For Speed: Unbound (NFS Unbound)

A great new game that was just released. With graphics that make it look like the Spiderverse movies, and the adrenaline fueled action powered by childhood nostalgia, this is something you should NOT miss out on. Here’s the gameplay!
Time travelling first-person-shooter? Sign me up! Well, this is the perfect winter getaway with tons of replayability and… for you to make a hot cup of chocolate milk every time you feel you can’t get through a mission.
Basically the way this game works is, that you are stuck in a time loop. Every choice you make helps you advance and if you die, well, you start over. To stop the loop, you have to kill 8 targets. One of them, is out for your blood and will do anything for you to stop the loop and will cause you to reset it.
Oof. Sounds like a pain in the ass. But, the more times you die, the more you learn, and the better you get. Watch the gameplay here!
Another absolute no-brainer of a game… Desperados III! A real-time strategy game for all who love the wild west – this is the best choice for you. If you’ve ever played any of the older reiterations of the game, then you’re gonna enjoy this one even more – it is a prequel.
The story follows the history of John Cooper, the badass bounty hunter, and explores his past. Get ready to discover how he meets returning characters Doc McCoy, Kate O’Hara, and new ones like Isabel and Hector. Developed by MiMiMi games, it follows a similar gameplay style as it was in Shadow Tactics (another really cool game).1
Let’s just start with the elephant in the room – Cyberpunk 2077. This game is still getting 1 million concurrent “chooms” logging into their accounts every day. Cyberpunk Edgerunners, the new Netflix TV show has actually contributed to 80% of that. Probably more. That wasn’t so surprising considering so many people (including us) loved the show!

In other news, the requirements to run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 have been released.

Not too bad, you see?! And now, for our next topic: Sims 5. It still has a few years to come out, but it has been codenamed Project Rene. It was mentioned during EA’s livestream “Behind The Sims Summit.” It will be the future of all Sims games, according to them. Well, let’s wait and find out!
To wrap it up – Overwatch 2. Good? Bad? Mixed? Well, the fans have to say (the majority of them at least) that they’re pissed and this is more like Overwatch 1.1! They’re not impressed and have given generally negative reviews.

As of now, the only things we’ve heard or seen about CDPR’s Cyberpunk are the incompleteness of the game, the buggy structure and their ultimate downfall. Their stocks have dipped, credibility and trustworthiness have taken a hit and, well Sony even took it off the store at one point. That’s how bad it was.
Well, now, things are different. How, one may ask? We’ll tell you. Have you heard of a little thing called Cyberpunk: Edgerunners on Netflix? It’s a brand new animated series out in the universe of Cyberpunk 2077.

It was just out this month and has already captivated everyone with its brilliant story, characters, animation and the overall vibe. With a perfect score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes as of writing this article, and a whopping 8.6 on IMDb, this is a treat.

How has that impacted Cyberpunk 2077 the game? See for yourself. CB2077 is now the third best selling game on Steam in the last week. A proper resurgence. More than a million players per day playing the game in the last week or two.

A lot of old players (recurring) and new players are making this number go higher each day. Do you think the hype will live up or die down in a week? The show is doing insanely well. If it is renewed, CDPR might even consider adding mods and DLCs to the game.
For now – CDPR is doing well, and it’s good to hear that they’re in the spotlight again, but for all the right reasons. Hope they continue this streak.

With fluid graphics, a superb OST, and beautiful animations, Kingdom Two Crowns is a game you should not miss out on. What’s the plot? The entire kingdom is filled with creatures of the dark that represent “greed.” The more you expand, the greater is your risk of them stealing your crown and dismantling your kingdom. To win, you must expand from one island to another, and annihilate greed altogether.

It doesn’t stop there, though! Each island has a higher greed level and it gets increasingly difficult every time. Psssst…. The game also has extra game modes! You will literally spend hours and you won’t even realize that the time has passed. Extremely addictive and with a high amount of replayability, this game gives you everything you would expect from a survival game.

Let’s rewind and go back to the late 90s and early 2000s when the internet was primarily dominated by cute cat videos and clips. That was a good time! Wholesome, funny, and sometimes super addictive… everything you’d expect from cats.
And now the cats are back! More like ONE cat. “Stray”, the game about a cat who loses its way and ends up in a society devoid of humans is taking the internet by storm. Developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive, this game is absolutely breathtaking. Imagine this: cute cat in a dystopian, cyberpunk-ish world. Now that is something I would PAY for.
Stray Game
Stray is beautiful. It is a visual treat and your system should have no problem running it too – its very well optimized. Now, this game is not just great for gamers, but has spawned an entirely different breed (or rather, species) of audience. There’s no big reveal here… It’s literally cats.

Since nearly more than half of 2022 is over, we here at Gamers-Outlet.net thought it was a greaaaaaat idea to recap some of the upcoming games of this year and get you pumped up for what’s in store.
1. A Plague Tale: Requiem

A direct sequel to “A Plague Tale: Innocence”, you follow in the footsteps of siblings Amicia and Hugo during the era of the Black Plague. Of course, the friggin’ rats are gonna be there and will be way more challenging this time.
To be released in October, this game truly embodies elements of stealth, surprise and historical horror as we see the protagonists fleeing from soldiers AND rats. Will they find a cure for Hugo? Let’s find out!
2. High on Life
High on Life
Now imagine this: You’re a regular high school graduate who has pretty much an uneventful life but now has to fight aliens with talking guns because they’re trying to take over our planet for the sole purpose of drugs?! That’s literally what’s happening here.
Developed under the creator of Rick and Morty Justin Roiland, this game is gonna be super funny and aesthetic!
3. The Callisto Protocol

Finally, to end our awesome list, we present to you: The Callisto Protocol.
A survival horror game set in the future, this game seems like it’s got everything you’d want. Based entirely on Jupiter’s moon Callisto, it’s set in the year 2320. Fun fact: This game is inside the PUBG universe (wtf? but it’s true!)…. How stoked are you for this?

Mf’ing SAINTS ROW 5! It’s just titled Saints Row, though. Whatever! Releasing August 23.

Not much going on here, except we get Starfield in November and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. II in December! They both seem like lovely titles so that’s a great way to end the year!
